Values are the soul of a company. If you have no value, you have no collective motivation.
Act as you communicate: If you communicate values and don't live them, if you don't act as your values convey, you lose the trust of your team and the motivation to do the best. Over the last 30 years, every long-term success of my clients has been based on an integrated communication concept: Analysis, strategy, action plan, evaluation lead to continuous improvement. It prevents the waste of your budget for sure. If the strategy works, then it is worth defining the procedures as business processes. A business process is a series of steps or tasks that you and your team use repeatedly. When processes work well, they can significantly improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. If you manage these repetitive processes with a database-based IT system, you will be able to achieve your goals faster and provide more value to your customers or suppliers. By improving business processes, you increase the value of the company. As companies grow and change, they gradually become more complex - more people are involved, data needs to be captured, processes need to be documented, and all this is shared between different teams and systems.
This means that processes need to be defined, but in a clean and simple way. If they are overly complex, variable and difficult to control, additional costs and risks are imposed on the company. To continue to grow, improve margins and create a scalable business, these processes must be evaluated and improved time and again.
