Born Into Motion
Before I could speak, I was already at sea. My mother sailed while pregnant with me, and the water has been part of my story ever since — not as a hobby, but as a school. Sailing taught me everything that matters: how to read conditions that change by the minute, how to build a team that performs under pressure, how to close the gap between a plan and a result when the wind shifts and everything depends on the next decision.
That is what performance means to me. Not a metric. A mindset.
A Wider Lens
Living and working across Germany, Dubai, and now Cyprus has given me something that no curriculum can provide: genuine cross-cultural intelligence. I have been humbled by Arab hospitality, challenged by my own assumptions, and rewarded by the effort to understand before judging. In a world that rewards speed over depth, I have chosen to keep asking the harder questions. That instinct — to look closer, go deeper, and never mistake the headline for the story — runs through everything I do.
What Drives Me
Sailing. Design. Strategy. Teaching. Boat building. Photography. They are not separate chapters. They are expressions of the same obsession: the relentless pursuit of better. That is what Passion for Performance has always meant to me — not a tagline, but a way of being.
